Abstract

The legal regulation of extra-budgetary funds and their place in the financial system in the Republic of Azerbaijan is analyzed. The article is about the features of the legal status of the state-purposed nonbudgetary funds, grouping of the special funds depending on their legal position, the funds existing in the state budget of France and so on. At the same time in the work the affected funds, their features and place in the financial system are examined.
