ORIGIN AND DEVELOPMENT OF GENTRY DEMOCRACY IN THE COMMONWEALTH

Abstract
The state system of the Commonwealth, with a focus on the issue of gentry democracy analyzing. Considered the historical development of the political system of the Commonwealth, the transformation of the idea of gold gentry liberties. Determine the cause of the political crisis of the state in the XVIII century, which concluded in the very principles of state power of the Commonwealth, as well as the legal order of the nobility and the state of relations. There have been positive aspects of gentry democracy in the Commonwealth.
