Abstract
The article considers the legal regulation of digital infrastructure in the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan; legal relations arising in connection with the creation and use of geoinformation systems. The legislation in the field of geodetic coordinates, heights, gravimetric measurements is analyzed. The existence of legal and economic obstacles for functioning of geoinformation systems due to division into state and special purpose is substantiated. It is concluded about expediency of application of geoinformation systems technology for qualitative provision of agriculture, transportation services and preservation of natural complexes.
