INTEGRATION OF MIGRANTS IN THE EUROPEAN STATES: PROBLEMS AND LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract

The article analyzes the degree of legislative regulation of the issue of integration of migrants into European society. The author comes to the conclusion that there is a problem with the Uniform High Evaluation Test in the countries of the European Union, which in turn includes checking methods that are contrary to the common European test. The solution to this problem is possible through the meeting of joint committees on assemblies, which would rebuild the Association of European Member States in the field of assemblies on the basis of assemblies of international approaches. In the course of writing the work, descriptive-analytical, formal-legal and technical-legal methods were used.
