PROCESS APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT IN THE RAILWAY TRANSPORT SYSTEM

Abstract
To make management decisions in real time during production processes, it is necessary to use a process approach, which will allow determining points of influence on individual operations in the production process. The use of a process approach should lead to real-time management, when decisions are made as the need arises and in conditions of uncertainty and high dynamics, which involves a transition to methods and means of creating a new generation of management and information systems.
