TENDENCIES AND PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF FREGHT TRAFFICS OF THE NORTHERN SEA ROUTE

Abstract
In article the main problems defining a current state and prospects of development of freight transportation in the Northern Sea Route are considered. Mainly export and transit orientation of the Arctic communications is revealed and the interrelation of dynamics of the global markets of hydrocarbonic raw materials and development of system of sea freght traffics is defined. The special attention is paid to opportunities of regulation of transport systems, development of the international cooperation, including in attraction of new sea technologies and equipment. Expert research of the separate problems defining development and regulation of the Northern Sea Route in strategic prospect is conducted.
