FEATURES OF STATE FINANCING OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Abstract
Socially-oriented economy, which was formed in the Republic of Belarus, implies a certain type of economic system, which is characterized by a high level of social development. Examines the role of higher education in the Republic of Belarus as a major component of the social sphere of the country. The importance of the education system as a whole and, in particular, the higher education system is determined mainly by the volume of financial resources from the state budget in this area. Principles of public funding for higher education is enshrined in law. Analysis of budget expenditures reveals the most significant for the state social services, as well as the most significant level of professional education, which determines the degree of skills. In addition to analyzing the dynamics of the cost structure of the education budget was used formula, which reflects the priorities of the state in the financing of a particular level of education.
