INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN RESEARCH: FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF HUMAN CAPITAL

Abstract
Argued the necessity of studying the foreign experience in the process of conducting scientific research. Presented the results of the study of foreign experience in the sphere of the financial aspects of the category "human capital": evaluation of human capital through capitalization of earnings, investment and insurance approaches. Outlined the basic backgrounds of the theories proposed by the prominent economists about the emergence of modern concepts of quantitative assessment of human capital.
