JUDICIAL VISUALIZATION AND ITS ROLE IN ENSURING ACCESS TO JUSTICE

Abstract
The article briefly analyzes the change of methods of legal communication in relation to the display of legal reality. The fact of rethinking the institute of visualization of legal text in modern conditions of information space development is stated. The increasing popularity of a new interdisciplinary direction - visual jurisprudence - is noted. The correlative links between visualizing law in a broad sense and providing access to justice are demonstrated. Practical recommendations for using legal design to facilitate access to justice are provided.
