CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL BASIS OF REGULATION OF RELATIONS IN THE USE OF NUCLEAR ENERGY IN BELARUS

Abstract

Discusses the constitutional and legal basis of the Institute of nuclear energy use in the Republic of Belarus. Implemented out the identification norms of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, forming the basis of the regulatory relations in the field of nuclear energy. The characteristic norms of legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus on the use of atomic energy, environmental protection, as well as facilities that are wholly owned by the state. Particular attention is given to the provisions ensuring the right to information in the field of nuclear energy and the environment. Sets out a basis to identify and implement the legal status of the power supply organization serving the field of nuclear energy. Considered a foreign legal experience, including Russia, Ukraine and France. On the basis of the material presented conclusions regarding the research topic.
