ASSESSMENT OF EFFICIENCY OF FORMATION CONSTRUCTION HOLDING IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract
The methodical tools of an assessment of efficiency of creation of investment and construction holding on the basis of the construction enterprises of the Brest region are presented. The main approaches are given at an assessment of efficiency of creation of investment and construction structure of holding type. The main criteria of efficiency of formation of holding structure are considered. Procedure of research of influence of factors of production on indicators of efficiency of work with allocation of seven rather independent stages is offered on the basis of the multiple correlation and regression analysis. The economic-mathematical model of influence of factors of production on criteria indicators of overall performance of construction holding is as a result developed, thus the maximum of profit of construction holding is taken for criterion of an optimality. Such approach will allow to predict its effective work depending on a rational combination of factors of production.
