ROLE OF CAREER GUIDANCE SCHOOLS IN THE STAFFING OF AGRICULTURE

Abstract

In this article the problem of agriculture competent personnel capable to organize a high-performance, efficient and resource-saving production in terms of innovative development of agribusiness. The analysis of staffing identified key actions to address this problem. Particularly noteworthy is a direction as to increase the prestige of agricultural occupations, as it is dependent on it the number of prospective students and agricultural workers. At the same professional orientation work of universities agricultural profile is considered as the main liaison between the need and the professional choices of young people in need of frames of agriculture. Pro-posals for integrated excursions as a form of youth work in preparing her for the conscious choice of profession.
