SOME DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVING LEGISLATION ABOUT DISCRIMINATION’S PROHIBITION IN LABOR RELATIONS SPHERE

Abstract
The improving rules of law and discrimination’s counteractions concept in labor relations sphere are outlined here. It is suggested to make additions in labor law, criminal law, and administrative law as well as in legal proceedings of labor disputes and in advertising activity. It is suggested to complete the labor code with positions about the law of moral damage compensation in discrimination cases, to concretize part 3 of article 14 of the labor code, to complete the code about administrative delinquencies with administrative responsibility and the criminal code with criminal responsibility for discrimination in labor relations sphere. It is offered to complete Belarussian law “of advertisement” and legal proceeding with the rules of proof in cases of discrimination in labor relations sphere.
