Abstract
The article shows the peculiarities of relations associated with the objects of copyright, which appeared in the modern digital age. The difference of such kind of objects that they are concidered as the result of the creative activity of several co-authors, but property rights belong to the customer. Analyzing the civil legislation of the Russian Federation, the authоr of the article reveals details of such objects, carrying out a comparative analysis of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the scientific literature in this area. Also the authоr offers a solution to some theoretical and practical problems associated with the creation and usege of these objects.
