Abstract

This article presents information on the study of approaches to the definition of the competitive advantages of products in its relationship with the concept of competitiveness. The author also identified the key trends in the development of the concept of competitive advantage. Considered the most famous version of the definition of competitiveness, the peculiarities of interaction concepts competitiveness and competitive advantage. In addition to this classification system identified such a category as competitive advantages. The author also highlighted the need to form a system for the creation and identification of competitive advantages of products and businesses in the market. The author of the designated problem keeping competitive advantages at the planned level. In a market economy, it is important not only knowledge of the theory and application of enterprise competitiveness, but also the formation of their individual systems functioning in the market.
