Abstract

Resource economy is a necessary part of the production process, which is characterized by specific inputs and outputs of the system, which include material, energy, information. In fission production process to the elements an opportunity for innovation on every single step that brings greater efficiency and the possibility of objective assessment. Highlighting five stages of production associated with all components of the "life" cycle of a product: design, preparation, direct production, maintenance and disposal of this product, well be denote the possibility of introducing new developments and resources for each of them. Creating Transfer Technology economic cluster provides the opportunity to combine the resources of several high technology companies sphere, although with time and conditions are subject to change cluster members.
