EFFECT OF IMPORTS AND EXPORTS OF MINERAL RESOURCES AND THE IR PRODUCTS ON MACROECONOMIC DYNAMICS

Abstract
In this article the complex of problems related to the efficiency of foreign trade of the Republic of Belarus in mineral resources and their processed products. The authors have revealed the effect of the export and import of mineral products on macroeconomic dynamics; investigate the dynamics of these indicators for the 2005 – 2012 years, considered the geographical orientation of exports and imports of oil and petroleum products as a share of these indicators in the gross domestic product (GDP). In this paper we defined and identified the main risks of foreign trade in mineral resources when entering the Russian Federation to the World Trade Organization (WTO). Underscored the dependence of the Belarusian economic system (including for eign trade) on world markets for raw materials and oil. Identified the main directions of development of the se markets.
