Abstract

In article topical issue for the modern Belarusian enterprises application of a technique of an assessment of level of efficiency and quality of marketing activity of the enterprise is considered.


Today in the conditions of globalization, the rigid competition, instability of the market, growth of expenses by one of the most powerful tools used by various companies, the enterprises, the organizations in competitive fight for the consumer there is marketing use.


In work as the author are noted need of carrying out an assessment of level of efficiency of marketing activity, the analysis of the references devoted to this subject is provided. The author offered a technique of an assessment of level of efficiency and quality of marketing activity of the enterprise, technique stages are described, the list of indicators of efficiency of marketing activity, and also criteria for an assessment of quality of the organization of marketing activity of the enterprise and an assessment of a condition of satisfaction is submitted by the relations with consumers. Recommendations about improvement of marketing activity depending on level of efficiency of marketing activity are made.
