Abstract
The article examines the problems of gender policy in the field of intellectual property of the states of the Eurasian region. A review of events organized in the states of the Eurasian space in the context of gender policy and intellectual property is conducted. A comparative legal analysis of gender policy and intellectual property of the countries of the Eurasian space is made. The author recommends directions for improving national gender policy in the context of intellectual property in accordance with the recommendations of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
