STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF QUALITY OF MANAGEMENT ON ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF NON-FINANCIAL CORPORATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Abstract
The article conducts a sociological study to assess qualitative parameters of management of non-financial corporations of the Republic of Belarus. The relationship between economic indicators of non-financial corporations' activities in Belarus and sociological ones is analysed, qualitative management parameters are ranked and their distribution by relative weight is carried out using the Fichtenberg method. The normalized variables are analyzed by factor analysis (Varimax method) of economic indicators, the highest correlation is shown as follows: ratio of own working capital; profitability of assets and profitability of staff. This is the basis for calculating an efficiency index, which divides all industrial enterprises into four groups according to their economic performance. The authors evaluate the degree of relationship between quantitative and qualitative parameters, make conclusions about the influence of the main parameters of quality management on efficiency. It is found that the quality parameters of management have a significant impact on the performance of non-financial corporations, however, to assess the extent of such impact is not easy because the quality parameters reflect the investigative relationships, and quantitative ones are numerical.
