ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the regulatory framework in the sphere of scientific and technical development of the country. It states the need to optimize approaches to regulating the scientific, technical and innovative sphere, and provides proposals for its development. It is proposed to develop the Law "On Scientific, Scientific - Technical and Innovative Activities", which will be a relevant and timely solution aimed at streamlining, ease of use and resolving all controversial issues arising in the current legislation. A list of key issues that should be reflected in the Law is proposed.
