AN INTEGRATED MODEL OF THE LIFE-CYCLE OF AN ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The materials of researches of models and theories of life cycles of аn organization are generalized. Studying of the most known models of life cycles allowed to define a circle of problems lifted by various authors: the reasons of emergence of cycles, quantity of stages, change of various characteristics of an organization on the stages of a life cycle, sequence and duration of stages, possibility of diagnostics of a concrete stage of the life cycle, use of administrative mechanisms at various stages of development. The solution of the specified problems promoted creation of the integrated model of the life cycle of an organization the main characteristics of which are presented. In the integrated model the importance of creative management of the personnel for development of innovative activity of an organization, its role in development of the organizations are emphasized. Innovations as bifurcation points in development of organizations are presented and their role in the model of life cycle is emphasized.
