MECHANISM OF REALIZATION OF LEGAL TECHNIQUE OF CODIFICATION ACTS AS A LEGAL PHENOMENON

Abstract
The place of the legal technique of codification acts among other legal concepts and phenomena as well as the significance of the legal technique of codification acts in today’s implementation of codification are determined by means of analyzing the views of scientists on the nature of the legal technique and the codification activities. Having studied the implementation requirements of the legal technique in codification acts, the author presents the content of the mechanism of the codification acts’ legal technique, describes the significance of the codification process, entities and regulation for the practical implementation of those requirements. The peculiarities of the legal and technical structure of codification acts are revealed and a multidimensional interpretation of a codification act as an independent legal category is established. Questions of realization of mechanisms of rules, methods, ways, and means of legal technique of codification acts are explored, factors that secure legal technique realisation in the form of structure and content of codification acts are determined.
