LOGISTIC APPROACH TO THE FORMATION OF BUDGETARY STANDARDS IN CONSTRUCTION

Abstract

Dynamic development of construction, the systems of automation of all production processes and modern means of increasing of the efficiency of production management, based on the logistic process approach to consideration of all economic phenomena are studied. The necessity to reconsider the system of cost formation in construction, to assess budgetary standards taking into account average sectoral expenditures on accomplishment of construction and erection job is shown. Such terms as budgetary standards in construction, formation of budgetary standards, automated management systems, logistic approach, information models of a building, information modeling of a building are considered.
