Abstract

The features of economic and legal environment of the interaction of the European Union border regions are considered. Systematization of the levels of economic and legal space of european cross-border cooperation is presented. The analysis of economic and legal conditions of cross-border cooperation of the European Union regions is made. This study is based on the proposed systematization and large quantity of the normative documents of the European Union. The value of the contracts of primary law is considered in terms of creating conditions for appearance and development of cross-border cooperation in the regions of the European Union. The place of the normative documents of secondary law in the view of the methodology for organizing of cross-border cooperation and approaches to their classification are designated. Summary and recommendations, which concern probable application of the European Union experience in the direction of the improvement of economic and legal conditions for cross-border cooperation.
