METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL POTENTIAL OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Methodological approaches to the creation of a rational control system of financial potential of an the enter-prise promoting the increase of productivity of its functioning are considered. On the basis of the critical review of references, the author formulated the general principles of financial potential management, reflecting certain requirements to the organization of this process. Proper attention is paid to consideration of the set of administrative actions which are presented in a logical sequence and characterize the key directions of their realization. In a short look the main stages of financial potential management are described, their content and importance at the organization of administrative functions on each stage of financial activity of the enterprise are disclosed.
