The concept of maintenance of administrative procedure legal relations is offered as an object of the administrative procedure adjusting, which is indissolubly related to will and duties of subjects of administrative process, is carried out in the process of administrative procedure activity and provided the aggregate of legally certain judicial facilities. An author determines that actual maintenance of administrative procedure legal relations represents those spheres of administrative and administrative procedure activity, in which arise up, flow and halted administrative and procedure legal relations. An administrative sphere influences on marketability by the interested persons it rights and interests in administrative procedure legal relations. Thus, the not always declared aims can coincide with actual position. A platoon is done, that the feature of maintenance of administrative procedure legal relations is intercommunication of legal norms and judicial acts (actions or inactivity).
