Abstract

Expert initiative, expert forecasting and expert prevention are considered. Attention is paid to interrelation and interconditionality of these non-procedural forms and their value in practice of fight against crime. Problems of expert initiative, concept, types and bases of expert prevention are revealed, the definition and functions of expert forecasting as methodological elements of the independent private judicial and expert theory is designated. Stages of the technique of formation of expert forecasts and algorithm of their realization within expert prevention are formed. The author’s position on formation of sequence of realization of the designated non-procedural forms of judicial and expert activity for receiving reliable effective result for fight against crime is stated and proved.
