Abstract

Socio-economic analysis of the category of “labour market” has been conducted. The boundaries of the labour market and the factors determining it, as well as the composition of the subjects identified the labor market have been identified. We have also outlined a mechanism of the labour market functioning. The approaches to the understanding of foreign authors of the labour market have been singled out. Systematized and generalized indicators of employment in the labour market are presented. The factors that influence the efficiency of production and the main performance indicator of the company are identified. The substantiation of the problem of full employment in the labour marketat has been made. Generalizations about the category of “labour market”, “salary” have been presented. The basic purpose of the functioning of the labour market, as well as the place of wages in the system of labour relations have been demonstrated.
