Abstract
Pricing in construction industry, significantly different from the pricing in other industries, is considered. The article demonstrates the features of construction process which influence pricing in the construction industry. The specificity of construction industry as directly determined by the inherent properties of construction products is shown. It is the study of the features of construction products, building production and pricing in construction industry that the paper deals with.
