Abstract

The problem of forecasting the cost of construction on the basis of cyclical economic development of the Republic of Belarus is investigated. A model predicting the cost of construction is proposed. Unlike the construction works’ forecast indices used in cases when businesses are given aggregated data based on the actual cycle of economic development, this model can narrow “enlargement”, consider the ups and downs and thereby improve the accuracy of the predicted value taking into account crisis phenomena of every cycle. This model is based on the use of predictive index adjusted by applying a correction factor of economic stability. Mathematical relationships considered in this methodical approach allow calculation of indicators of regulatory capital investments in the combined section in order to obtain the required level of detail in conjunction with the baseline.
