Abstract
The article develops practical recommendations for improving state regulation of regional labor markets in the Republic of Belarus, taking into account their territorial organization: the discrepancy between the spatial boundaries of regional labor markets and administrative-territorial boundaries is substantiated, which made it possible to clarify the subject and object of their state regulation. The distribution of districts according to the level of importance of government intervention in the implementation of investment projects is proposed based on the location of city-forming and large enterprises and the degree of coverage of the territory by isochrons of transport accessibility. On this basis, a differentiated approach to the implementation of the "One District, One Project" initiative has been developed, which helps to increase the targeting of state regulation of regional labor markets and the efficiency of using budget funds.
