ASSESSMENT OF THE IMPACT OF NEOCLUSTERS ON THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Abstract
The article presents a study assessing the impact of neoclustering on the economic security of the Republic of Belarus using a methodology developed by the authors. The developed methodology includes a six-stage assessment algorithm based on the construction of economic and statistical models of the impact of digitalization factors on economic security indicators. The methodology has been tested using the Belarusian economy as an example. A model for ensuring economic security of the Republic of Belarus based on neoclusters has been developed, comprising five blocks: creating economic conditions for the development and implementation of Industry 4.0 tools, stimulating intercluster interaction using digital tools, improving cluster project financing, stimulating innovative development of cluster entities using dig-ital technologies, interregional interaction, and cross-border cooperation based on digitalization.
