DEVELOPMENT OF DIRECTIONS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE SALES POLICY OF THE PRIVATE TRADE UNITARY ENTERPRISE “DESTA PLUS”

Abstract
The article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of improving sales activities using the example of the private trade unitary enterprise “Desta Plus,” which operates in the automotive components market of the Republic of Belarus. A comprehensive analysis of the dynamics of the company’s financial and economic indicators has been carried out, and the key factors contributing to the decline in sales efficiency have been identified. As part of the study, a set of measures aimed at enhancing sales performance was proposed, including the introduction of a discount (loyalty) program and the organiza-tion of a delivery service for automotive parts to customers. The economic effect of these measures was assessed through the calculation of changes in revenue, profit, and sales profitability. The research results confirm that the implementation of the proposed measures contributes to the growth of the enterprise’s financial indicators, the formation of a stable customer base, and the strengthening of its competitive position in the market. The practical significance of the study lies in the applicability of the developed recommendations for shaping the sales policy of small business trading organizations.
