COMPARATIVE LAW AND COMPARATIVE STUDY OF LEGAL SYSTEMS

Abstract
The legal system is regarded as an independent object of comparative great-vovedeniya - science is methodologically decisive use of the comparative method in yurisprudention. Obsches6emeynye determined, and the actual intranational characteristics of the legal system. From the standpoint of these criteria distinguish the legal system as an object of comparatively legal science and legal family (family law) as a general comparative model based on the Torah, to be held all of the comparative legal studies. All of the major research components of the comparative analysis of the legal system offers in terms of legal analysis of the three families – the Anglo-Saxon, Romano-Germanic and communalism. Points to the problematic character scientific definition of the legal system, there is no consensus among scientists who speak about independent character of the subject matter of comparative jurisprudence and the application of the comparative method in legal studies.
