TO THE QUESTION ON THE ROLE OF MONEY IN MARKET ECONOMY

Abstract

In article is proved of need of a transition from the concept of a neutrality of money to recognition of their active role in the reproductive process in market economy. The author notes radical defects of economy of neoliberal globalization on the basis of the received lessons of the last global financial crisis. are noted. Special attention is given to ways of inflating of liquidity in economy by the monetary authorities, and provides a critical analysis of central bank actions. Thus special attention is given to on necessity of maintenance of rational structure of monetary weight not to admit market disbalance. Conclusions and recommendations are made on the basis of practical data of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
