THE INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF FUNCTIONING OF ENTERPRISE’S FINANCIAL POTENTIAL

Abstract

On the basis of research of the new phenomena of mature market economy the essence, the economic maintenance of financial capacity of the enterprises is defined by the author, genesis of its creation and the most important preconditions of active functioning in vosproizvodstvenny process reveals. Key conditions for emergence and functioning of many-sided financial category are formulated, and also intrinsic and organizational characteristics of financial capacity of the enterprise are proved. We consider that the knowledge of these theoretical and methodological aspects is base of scientific justification of conceptual approaches to optimization of volume and structure of financial capacity of the enterprises providing their financial safety.
