PECULIARITIES OF MODERN INNOVATIONS AND OBJECTIVES OF INNOVATION POLICY

Abstract
Peculiarities of innovation dynamics in the modern world are considere;, complexity, nonlinearity and complicacy of innovations are revealed; factors, that define the change of the world landscape of innovations are studied. In the context of world tendencies innovative activity in Belarus is analyzed using a system of indicators which have been harmonized with European innovation monitoring practice. Interconnection and interrelation of these elements are shown. It results in the fact that innovation system gets a lot of new properties and becomes something more complex than just an array of its subjects and factors.
