The submitted paper file must contain all the information required for publication.

The paper must include:

  • UDC index;
  • paper title in Russian and English;
  • surname and initials of the author(s) in Russian and English, including academic degree and title;
  • full name of the institution (place of study or work);
  • ORCHID ID of each author;
  • abstract in Russian and English (100-150 words);
  • keywords in Russian and English for indexing the paper;
  • main body, including graphs and other visual material (if applicable);
  • references in Russian and English;
  • list of accepted notations and abbreviations (if applicable).

PAPER LENGTH

must contain at least 14,000 characters and must not exceed 10 pages..

The number of words can be checked through the Word menu (“File” – “View document properties”). If the paper exceeds the standard volume and the author considers this justified and the text cannot be reduced, the editorial board will make the final decision on publication based on the reviewer's recommendation.

The paper may contain up to 6 figures or photographs. Figures or photographs labeled with letters (a, b, c, etc.) are considered as one item.

The paper justifies the use of the balanced scorecard (BSC) as the most appropriate basis for compiling a social report of cultural institutions. A system of key performance indicators has been developed in accordance with the principles and standards of corporate social responsibility, as well as a comprehensive performance evaluation methodology for the Palace of Culture of OJSC “Naftan”. The indicators are grouped according to the BSC model into four categories, each reflecting a different aspect of the institution’s performance: indicators of social effectiveness; indicators of economic effectiveness (external and internal); indicators of organizational effectiveness; and indicators of technological effectiveness, based on two factors — human resources and material and technical support.

The reference list must be numbered automatically and formatted without paragraph indentation. Sources must be listed in the order of their appearance in the text.
