SMALL-SIZED TEST GENERATOR NOISE

Abstract
The research results which was obtained during the small-scale jamming generator developing that used for radar testing and various tactical situations in case intensive usage radioelectonic warfare devices by hostiles modeling. The analysis of the structural circuits of the avalanche-diode oscillator is presented. The advantages and disadvantages of the structures are indicated. The basic scheme for the execution of a small-sized test jamming generator is substantiated.
