NUMERICAL METHODS OF CALCULATION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS ON QUASI-STRUCTURED GRIDS IN DEVICES OF PLASMA EMISSION ELECTRONICS

Abstract
On the basis of the decomposition method of the computational domain a technology for constructing quasi-structured grids is proposed. This technology is used for developing of numerical methods for calculating electron- and ion-optical systems. The algorithms for modeling electromagnetic fields with overlapping and without overlapping computational domains, which are applied for software with using parallel and sequential computational schemes, are offered.
