DETERMINATION OF OBJECT’S ELECTROPHYSICAL PROPERTIES BY METHODS OF NON-LINEAR RADIOLOCATION

Abstract
The transformation's features of the spectrum of the signal are considered in the paper. The most favorable frequencies for analyzing the spectrum's structure of re-emitted signal of the probe are established. A comparative analysis of technologies for identification of nonlinear objects was made. A new method, which increases the probability of correct identifying the type of nonlinearity of the object according to their electrophysical properties, is shown. A spline-function is represented by approximated tabular data of the current-voltage characteristics of the diode I307G. The results for the recovery of the current-voltage characteristics of the diode Д220 are presented.
