Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of class A waste paper using colorimetric methods. The system of color characteristics of waste paper, based on various color models: RGB, CMYK, HSB, is considered. Lab, the characteristics also included an indicator of the standard deviation for gray. The goal of the work was to reduce the number of features for subsequent identification of objects. Cluster and factor analysis methods were used as a data processing method. It is shown that the aggregation of features only partially coincides with the color model, and the value of the standard deviation for gray in most cases it does not aggregate with other characteristics.
