INVESTIGATION OF THE CAUSES OF ACCIDENTS BY THE METHOD OF EPIDEMIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

It is proposed to apply the method of epidemiological analysis, which is widely used in medical investigations, to establish the causes of road traffic accidents. The nature of the influence of various risk factors on the accident rate, the assessment of the importance and degree of their influence show that each incident has not one, but several causes simultaneously affecting the process of traffic.
