Abstract

The influence of technological factors on the roughness of the surface of the gear wheels after grinding is investigated. The research tasks are formulated. The results of experiments are presented. The mathematical modeling of the process under study was performed. A formula for predicting changes in the roughness of gears, depending on the parameters of the grinding wheel speed, as well as the vertical and radial feed rates of the wheel is given.
