Abstract

Describes the evolution of knowledge and methods of teaching for engineering discipline metal cutting machines in high school. Cutting machine as a set of different mechanisms, cinematically connecting engine with executional bodies. Unified theory of metal cutting machines settings based on the principle of possible movements, and its validity to explain the function of the machine. Kinematic structure in machine tools as the Association of private kinematic structures, each of which implements a specific way of machining. Private kinematic structure as in the construction of the Skye system, endowed with a definite structure in the form of combining the cine-MATIC groups, and function. The concept of classes on top of playing rehabilitees for mechanical processing. The concept on the basis of the law of energy branching in the kinematic chains kinematic about forming the group and its functions.
