KINEMATIC STRUCTURE OF THE DRUG CUTTING MACHINE WITH HYBRID FORMING GROUPS FOR TREATING CYLINDRICAL WHEELS WITH INCLINED TEETH

Abstract
The design features of cylindrical gears with a line of teeth on a pitch cone are considered. Such gears during assembly provide minimal lateral clearances and cyclical errors within the service life. It is shown that the modernization of basic models of gear-processing machines based on changes in their layout for machining wheels with inclined teeth reduces the universality and mobility coefficients of these machines. A method for gear milling of cylindrical wheels with inclined teeth is proposed based on the kinematic reproduction of the tool movement trajectory along a separation cone. The implementation of this method in the kinematic structure of a gear milling machine with hybrid, mechatronic forming groups has been developed.
