FUNCTIONAL DESIGN KINEMATIC AND LAYOUT DIAGRAMS OF UNIVERSAL METAL CUTTING MACHINES

Abstract
The use of functional design in the methodology of developing kinematic-layout schemes of universal metal-cutting machines is proposed. Functional design as a synthesis of particular kinematic structures of metalcutting machines according to the law of operation, specified by the appropriate method of forming processing. Kinematic-layout scheme of a universal machine as an association of private structural schemes. This design is based on the modern university paradigm of knowledge of machine tool equipment, based on the theory of the formation of real surfaces, the theory of the kinematic structure and the theory of tuning metal cutting machines.
