RESTORATION OF DETAILS OF CARS TAKING INTO ACCOUNT INFLUENCE OF HEATPHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF MATERIALS

Abstract
In work theoretical researches during which dependences of size of axial deformation of elements of the restored detail on the module of elasticity, temperatures of heating and temperature coefficient of linear expansion of material of the restored product and the material used for their restoration are received are conducted. The received dependences allow to predict the stretching tension in the applied material. Also there is an opportunity to determine shortening of a shaft in case of its restoration by a overlaying and the size of width of a crack which is able to pull together the welded seam put with the chosen material. The offered way of tea leaves of cracks cross seams gives such advantages as an exception of heating of preparation, cutting, spotting of the ends of cracks and the subsequent machining of seams, provides the greatest tightness, pulls together a crack due to the increased longitudinal shrinkage of welded seams; gives firmness against formation of cold and hot cracks.
