IMPROVEMENT OF TECHNOLOGY TRAINING OF RECONSTRUCTION OF DETAILS DUE TO THEIR CLASSIFICATION

Abstract
The question of the need to classify of the details of the repair fund is considered. The use of this classification will significantly reduce the amount of technological and organizational training. In determining the route of reconstruction of the details is not used several routes to eliminate each of the defects, but typical routing technology for groups of parts are made. For the classification of details a variety of characteristics are used such as a geometric shape of the detail and its individual elements, weight, dimensions, functions performed, precision factor and others. The classification of the main parts of internal combustion engine is given, a table of the main elements of detail, types of loads and damages, re-established parameters and properties is made.
